UN emergency meetings as conflict in DRC's Goma rises
United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres has held separate emergency meetings with the presidents of the Democratic Republic of Congo and Rwanda overnight, as fighting escalates in eastern Congo. It comes after the so-called M23 rebel group - backed by Rwanda - declared that the city of Goma was now under its control, although the Congolese government disputes this.
