No, I don't agree with your proposal. I haven't lived there for more than 18 months and the only reason that I am paying is because we all are in a hard situation together. And when I moved out 31st dec 2018 the apartment was cleaned, you moved in one year later. Yeah, you can talk separately. But in my world we all pay the same, too bad we don't share that idea.
