#45 Ben Glassen "Complex isn't Complicated"

Ben Glassen joins us for the first episode of 2022. Ben is very aware of the indigenous heritage of the area where he is and even the recent history of meat packing on Vancouver Island. Ben is still at the beginning of his journey, he's got big plans and he's eager to share what he's learned over the last couple of years. We talk about the Open Range 200K bicycle race that comes through every year (about 56:00 in) I finally give credit to the fine gentlemen that provided the awesome music I have been using for my intro and outro music, @1:53:00 ish It's an instrumental cut of 'Red Dirt Farm' from their 2006 Album titled 'Red Dirt Sun'  https://aarontraffasband.com/discography/dirt-red-sun/red-dirt-farm/ https://www.clubhouse.com/@benglassen?fbclid=IwAR25OV1ISha4uniySaGpeMwcgRh3IgTIL_BqhcCkaJdy8Mn-3aBM_aPx3m4 https://www.mixcloud.com/PulseOfLocalFoods/?fbclid=IwAR2T7GPcgs5GRUQOkM2l-dvCmTi5KYYLr-38LoAdbCEtVOrXJGB7GH1sO28 https://www.audible.com/search?keywords=Wild+Like+Flowers%3A+The+Restoration+of+Relationship+Through+Regeneration&ref=a_hp_t1_header_search https://www.audible.com/pd/One-Size-Fits-None-Audiobook/B07YQFHWW6?qid=1641145988&sr=1-1&ref=a_search_c3_lProduct_1_1&pf_rd_p=83218cca-c308-412f-bfcf-90198b687a2f&pf_rd_r=47FANVK1R6C7VZMT8P6M https://www.facebook.com/glassenfarms/ https://www.glassenfarms.com/ https://www.thegoodplaceabattoir.com/
