From Intern to 550 Units By The Age of 26 - Adrian Salazar #26

At an early age, Adrian Salazar developed a passion for real estate architecture. But it wasn’t until a little later in life that he realized the wealth-building power of real estate investing. Growing up, Adrian played a lot of sports. He had a knack for being the hardest worker in the room and pushing himself to his limits. And so naturally, he made the people around him better. And this approach and attitude still rings true in his business today. By having a go-getter mentality and being brutally honest with himself, Adrian has been able to accomplish in a decade what most will take a career (or lifetime) to achieve. He strives to always find a way to rise to the occasion and raise the bar even higher. And that’s where we meet Adrian in this episode. His story is one of sheer grit and determination as it relates to opportunities and business. Up to date, Adrian is on track to have 550 units under his belt. At the time of this recording, he was closing on a 350 unit apartment syndication. Along with growing his own portfolio, he wants to continue growing Two Ten Management and eventually dabble in commercial development. But the game plan now (and will always will be) is to continue growing his brand and going onto bigger and better things.
