Coming from Cleveland, Ohio, Naaman Taylor developed grit early during his childhood. It wasn’t always easy to stay out of trouble because of his rough environment and home life, but he managed to get through it unscathed and made the decision to join the military out of high school. Through several deployments overseas since enlisting in 2009, he got to see just a slightly bigger picture of the world and was bitten by the travel bug. Fast forward to present day pandemic, Naaman had a lot of newfound time on his hands. Once the video games got old, he began self educating on personal finance and investing, ultimately deciding that real estate would be his vehicle of choice. And that’s where we meet Naaman in this episode. We delve deep into Naaman’s approach to his business and life and how it all comes down to taking action. Idea, vision, theory, and fact.
