Born and raised in Los Angeles, Diana Oceguera was a first generation immigrant of Mexican descent. And one of the biggest things she prides herself with is her competitiveness. Whether it was academics or sports, Diana always pushed herself to be better. So when it came time to go to college, while she was reluctant at first, she stuck to her word to her parents and became the only person in their family (so far) to have a Master’s Degree, all while doing it as a young mother. She works full time as a licensed therapist and took the leap into the real estate pond right before the pandemic hit. And that's where we meet Diana in this episode. In her first year alone, she’s already surpassed her initial life goal so we’re excited to see her grow and thrive! Up to date, she has one rental in California, one rental in Florida, and one short term rental (AirBNB) in Tennessee. Her next immediate goal is to acquire another short term cabin rental in Gatlinburg.
