New York born and raised, Atlanta turned investor Cristina Mineo grew up as a quiet, shy kid in school who put her head down, worked diligently, and did what was required to succeed. Even in college, the story was more of the same. And it was around this time she met her would be husband not too long after. Because of the lifestyle differences and demands, Cristina knew early on that her “normal” probably wouldn’t be “traditional.” And that’s rooted her even more. It’s what gives her the strength to keep moving forward on a daily basis and work as hard as she does for herself and her family. And that's where we meet Cristina in this episode. She’s a full time investor, managing their projects and growing their portfolio. Up to date, she has renovations and flips under her belt and is currently working on a development project where she resides now in Atlanta, Georgia. Her focus in the immediate future is to see the through to the end of her development and begin helping money-conscious investors with their own renovation designs.
