Lucas Piper didn’t like rules a whole lot as a kid. He struggled staying engaged in class, had encounters with the police, and had even almost been sent to military school. He describes this time of his life as a sort of balancing act between being a “good kid” for teachers and other adults and being a “rebel type” because he wanted more excitement in his life. Coming out of college, he was a social worker so, naturally, that meant he didn’t make a whole lot of money. But the wheels were set in motion for Lucas after he went to a Tony Robbins event and there met our host Diego Corzo. They formed a friendly business relationship and with the opportunities, Lucas began to take action. His mindset grew and his perspective shifted. And that’s where we meet Lucas in this episode. He is financially independent and has been without a day job for over a year! His time now is focused on continuing to grow his business while not having to sacrifice his lifestyle, and within that, doing more service and spending more time with loved ones. Up to date, he has a total of 15 properties in his portfolio consisting of properties he owns and rental arbitrages. He’s projectected to have 20 properties total by the end of the year.
