Self-described as an introvert, Sharon Tseung spent a lot of her early life doing solo activities to pass the days. For example, at one point in her life, she was a nationally ranked chess player. Then going into high school, she decided it was time to break out of her shell. She began to take on the likes of music composition and acting in an effort to be more comfortable with discomfort, and more recently, podcasting! In 2016, she left her life behind and traveled abroad for a few years and that was the launching pad for where her life and career are at today. She learned about location independence, digital nomadism, and upon her return to the mainland, real estate. And that's where we meet Sharon in this episode. She recently got engaged and has jumped all into growing her life and helping more people, all while working a full time job. Up to date, she owns 23 units across multiple states and has a social media following of over 500,000 people! Going forward, she plans to continue growing her brand centered around digital nomadism with an added emphasis on real estate/financial independence educational content. And as far as real estate goes, she will be moving to Dallas to dabble in the short term rental market and continue to scale through partnerships and large multi-family rentals.
