Born and raised in Tahiti, Tereva Jacobson grew up with love and passion for cultural dance. As a senior in high school, she met a boy from Maui and when it came time to decide where she’d attend college, she followed her heart and moved to Maui. Fast forward to 2018, Tereva opened her very own dance school, which started out as a humble call to action to nurture the next generation of young girls, became a sort of life support for her own self as she grieved, learned, and grew. And more recently, Tereva has transitioned full time into real estate investing. What started out as a mentorship program, turned into an accountability relationship, that became a business that’s buying back time to be with her growing family. And that's where we meet Tereva in this episode. She’s growing her portfolio and strengthening her strengths even further. Up to date, she has properties both in and out of state. Her deal flow since her start in 2020 has consisted of various wholesales, flips, and even BRRRR. Going forward, she plans to continue growing her marketing team, out of state network, and maybe even start dabbling in the commercial space.
