Lucy Nichol, writer

Lucy is a writer and PR consultant whose work has appeared in The Independent, The I Paper, NME, Red Magazine, Den of Geek, Huff Post and many more. She is also a former columnist with Sarah Millican’s Standard Issue magazine and often interviews guests for the Standard Issue podcast. She has also published two books - A Series of Unfortunate Stereotypes: naming and shaming mental health stigmas, and a novel, The Twenty-Seven Club.Lucy is passionate about challenging mental health and particularly addiction stigma, has worked with the media in PR and marketing for over 18 years and has experienced anxiety for even longer.
