They have currently built a portfolio of 22 Investment Properties. 9 properties are owned by them and another 13 are in JV Partnerships. Their portfolio is valued at around £5.6 million with Nicola and Julia achieving a personal Net worth of over £1.7 Million. These properties produce a gross Rental Income of £676,882 with a Net profit of around £170,000. Due to their success by April 2023, the ladies were able to follow their dreams and moved to Spain to make the most of their newfound free time. Nicola wanted to give back to the Real life community and so trained as a Real life coach. She now helps others achieve their true potential.
