069 - The Real Life Money Monday: From nearly going bust to £1m in 12 months!
Join us for another Real Life Money Monday as we are joined by Andy Matin! Andy started as an estate agent 10 years ago following the “typical” corporate path and then went onto starting his own estate agency company “Harrisons” in 2016. This led to him feeling trapped and although was earning great money, he was very time poor, with high stress, unhappiness and missing family whilst working countless “all-nighters” trying to run a “business”. In 2017/2018 he started to get into self development and property developing, concentrating on buy to lets and a couple of HMOs. At this time he managed over £180 million in property assets and had overseen thousands of transactions but was “doing it for others” as their agent in London Since joining Real Life in early 2020, he completely transformed his mindset and property portfolio, mainly through training and coaching. His estate agency went from nearly going bust due to COVID-19 troubles to being sold for £1million 12 months later. He saw his property portfolio grow 10X From £400,000 to £4m (once refurbs done) in property within the same timeframe. He is now Happier and more successful than ever before and coaching
