#17 - Angel Alcalde
Dr Angel Alcalde is a lecturer in 20th century history at The School of Historical and Philosophical Studies at The University of Melbourne. Dr Alcalde received his PhD in history and civilisation from the European University Institute in Florence, Italy.
Amongst other subjects, Dr Alcalde is an expert on the Spanish Civil War and on the rise of Fascism. His current focus is on the relationship between war and genocide and sexual violence in wartime and postwar contexts.
