Exercise can be healthy and is often promoted as part of a healthy lifestyle, but if you find yourself getting defensive when people question your relationship to it... That may be a sign that right now, exercise is not that healthy for you. How do you find out whether your love for exercise or your desire to move your body comes from actual enjoyment or from your eating disorder? And does it matter when you're in recovery?
