#55: "Strong, but not skinny"

Many people believe going to the gym is healthy, and it can be. However, it certainly doesn't have to be. Recently there's been a worrying trend of people saying they've recovered from an eating disorder showcasing their fitness-journey and 24/7 'gym-life' on social media. In today's episode, we discuss whether you can actually recover from an eating disorder by going to the gym, and what the dangers and obstacles are when it comes to incorporating fitness into your recovery. I've launched a new offer! Starting in July is my new mini recovery bootcamp, a shorter version of the succesfull recovery bootcamp (which I will be re-starting in October). If you want to know more about this program or any of my other programs, or if you want to sign up, click here!
