#58: Imposter syndrome in recovery

In today's episode we talk about the idea of faking your eating disorder. When you start recovery, you may notice yourself enjoying the freedom and the food that it gives you. Recovery certainly doesn't always look like crying over food and smashing plates, but when it doesn't, you may hear a sneaky voice inside your head say "well..., do you even have an eating disorder then"? And that little voice is your eating disorder speaking. Tune in to find out how to silence these thoughts and why enjoying recovery is not just 'fine', but actually good! My new program The Mini recovery Bootcamp has been officially launched! Spots for July have already been filled up, but there's one more spot available for September.
