#69: The honeymoon phase & “you have to gain weight anyway”

Many people with an eating disorder will wonder if this is 'weird', or whether they maybe never even had an eating disorder to begin with. After all, aren't you supposed to spend recovery crying/screaming/kicking? Not at all. In today's episode, Danie discusses the phenomenon of the honeymoon phase in recovery, as well as the issue with using the fact that 'you have to gain weight anyway' as a reason for eating.
