#76: Q&A pt 5: Edema, protein bars, period at a low weight and more

In episode 2 of season 2, we continue on with the Q&A. Today's episode is all about what your physical health says about your eating disorder and what happens to it when you start recovering from your eating disorder. Like why you may retain some water (a.k.a. edema) when recovering, why the fact that the scale goes up doesn't matter, and what (not) getting your period at a low body weight says about your eating disorder. Furthermore, I discuss what place protein bars have in recovery - how beneficial is this fitness-food for you? Tune in to find out! My new program, the Mini Support program, is starting soon! It's fully booked for now, but I've got other programs as well and there may be some spots opening up again in the future! If you are interested in working with me, feel free to take a look at my website and sign-up or contact me.
