#78: Eating in abundance & WTF are clinics doing?

If you've struggled with an eating disorder or disordered eating - whether that's anorexia, bulimia, BED or any other eating disorder - chances are, you've experienced 'binging'. Heck, even people without eating disorders have probably binged at some point in their life. Feasting - as I like to call binging - is absolutely normal and actually insanely helpful when you are in recovery from an eating disorder. In today's episode I explain why that is, why I think (residential) treatments often get it completely wrong, and hope to comfort you in letting you know that you're not broken or bad when you eat in abundance. My new program, The Booster Intensive, is starting soon! Besides this program, I've got some other programs as well. If you are interested in working with me, feel free to take a look at my website and sign-up or contact me. You can also find me over at Instagram at @Daniellevankay and can always send me a DM with a question.
