#79: Why quasi recovery is the most dangerous phase to be in

Many people who start real recovery, have experienced quasi recovery. It's a hell of a place to be in, but on the outside, you may seem 'fine' or even 'healthy'. As people stop watching you as closely and you start to convince yourself that you're recovered, actually recovering may seem 'useless' and scary. But that's not to say that it isn't the best choice. Because there is an actual good life after an eating disorder - a life without binging, restricting, purging, dieting, and selfhate. Today we discuss why quasi recovery is actually the most dangerous phase to be in. If you're in need of some motivation to recover from anorexia, bulimia, OSFED, or disordered eating, and get out of that quasi recovery phase, be sure to tune in to today's episode! My new program, The Booster Intensive, is starting soon! Besides this program, I've got some other programs as well. If you are interested in working with me, feel free to take a look at my website and sign-up or contact me. You can also find me over at Instagram at @Daniellevankay and can always send me a DM with a question.
