#82: "Feasting" after being recovered

I've talked about feasting in recovery more often - on why it's not only logical but necessary to fuel your body with A LOT of food that's easily digestible (aka 'processed foods') and foods that you've restricted for so long. But what if you feel like you're there - you've recovered from your restrictive eating disorder, be that anorexia, bulimia or OSFED, and you're still "stuffing your face"?! In today's episode I talk about why feasting after recovery is not to be feared, why it doesn't mean you've developed 'binge eating disorder' (and why that is in no way 'worse' or 'less desirable' than any other eating disorder), and how to deal with it. Tune in for some comforting words as well as my personal (current!) experience with feasting, and learn how to be okay with 'feasting' before, during, and after recovery. My new program, The Booster Intensive, is starting soon! Besides this program, I've got some other programs as well. If you are interested in working with me, feel free to take a look at my website and sign-up or contact me.
