#83: Here's your reminder that event restriction needs to STOP!

With the holiday's around the corner and aunt Susy in the back of your head exclaiming how she "barely ate all day so she could enjoy a nice dinner!", it's no wonder if you're finding yourself wanting to (or feeling like you need to) restrict before the Christmas holidays. However, I'm here to remind you that absolutely you do not need to restrict before the holidays or any other event. In today's episode I talk about how to navigate around that nagging voice in your head, and explain why event restriction is not only unnecessary, but actually harmful to your recovery and joy-taker.
