#85: The plate-by-plate approach®

Happy new year! We're kicking 2024 off with a review of a popular method in eating disorder recovery. The plate-by-plate approach® has been a popular method of nutritional rehabilitation in eating disorders for the past couple of years. And whilst I love that it at least isn't based on counting calories or macronutrients, I'm still not the biggest fan. In today's episode, I discuss what the approach looks like, the upsides, and the downsides, as well as touching on the differences between the plate-by-plate approach® and going all in. Tune in!
