#87: The honest truth on whether recovery is worth it when having comorbidity

Eating disorders do not always come alone. Sometimes they may be a way to cope with another issue, other times they're just there alongside it. Being chronically ill, I know all about it, and I know how your eating disorder may convince you that it isn't really worth it to recover considering you'll never be fully healthy anyway. So how do you deal with this? Is it worth it? (Yes!) Tune in for some comforting words on why recovery may not solve everything, but it will make life better nonetheless. Do you feel like you need more help recovering from your eating disorder? Whether you struggle with anorexia, bulimia, OSFED, or other (un)diagnosed disordered eating issues, I'm here to help! Just recently my new program, The Booster Intensive, launched. Besides this program, I've got some other programs as well, and free spots from February 2024 onwards.
