Episode 48. Part 1 Insights From A Successful Career In Investment Banking & Venture Capital - Roger Spitz
"If you're relevant and that relevance is something that's tested every day you can be relevant today and not tomorrow but vice versa … you can be irrelevant today and suddenly become relevant … so to have the right skills, to stay in the game to continue what you're doing or to develop something new you really just need to develop relevance but that's relevance for your stakeholders, for your boss whether it comes through skills, expertise, something unique you have, that you're just very likable, that you're so indispensable that people cannot do without you” Roger Spitz told me on Episode 48 part 1 of the Reframe & Reset Your Career podcast.
