Intercultural intelligence is the ability to assist culture at a pragmatic, personal and organizational level. Across the episode, Katie and Linda explore the definition of intercultural intelligence, the different world views, how to hear from marginalized voices and how to develop more intercultural intelligence in teams. Linda Berlot is Director of Faculty Development at CRR Global and ORSC Partner for the UAE.
