Over the years, Ajay has had the privilege of meeting Ex-Presidents and Prime Ministers, travelled and spoken in over 43 countries and 4 continents. In this episode, we talk about how Ajay became so engrossed in the self-development arena, including his experience walking on hot coal at 9 years old. We go into his own journey as well as some useful advice around creating routine, patterns for happiness and finding ways to energise to stay more present in your day.
