EP. 30 | Relight Your Fire | Perception is everything with Dr Morgana McCabe Allan

In this episode, I am delighted to be joined by Business Coach, Dr Morgana McCabe Allan. Previously an academic, researching Contemporary Archaeology she takes a deep interest in who are now and how we came to be in the culture that we’re in. We’re told that we’re only as good as our last achievement, that pushing forward is the only way to be more but is to do with our construct of time. In this episode we explore the importance of ‘being in the world’, looking at how our perception is everything; however, we see the world through our own lens and nothing is real in the way that we perceive it. An off the wall concept on the first time you hear it but the importance that Dr McCabe puts on designing a career and world around yourself and not what culture dictates to you is a refreshing perspective on modern business.
