Patreon.com/RememberTheGame When most people think of first-person shooters on the Nintendo 64, I think 3 games come to mind: Goldeneye 007, Perfect Dark, and Turok: Dinosaur Hunter. We've already covered the first 2 (as I played the hell out of them back in the day), but I'd never touched Turok until a few weeks ago. It's time to hunt dinosaurs.  Turok's a weird game. Not because I don't understand the story or because I think the controls are weird, but because it's just...there. It's not BAD, but I don't know if it's good. If I had played it growing up, I'm confident I woulda loved it, but by 2023 standards, it's kinda empty. But the core gameplay is fun enough to keep me from hating it. My pal Tyler is my guest this week, and we're talking endless waves of enemies, MASSIVE levels, weird enemies and exploding arrows on this episode of RTG. And before we look for keys, I trek through another edition of the Infamous Intro! This week, we get into what the premiere launch title for Nintendo's next console could be. Why am I so scared of Kingdom Hearts?? And what NES game (that I haven't played before) do I want to play the most?? Plus we play another round of 'Play One, Remake One, Erase One', too! This one features 3 Dino games: Dino Crisis, Primal Rage, and Jurassic Park. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices

Comedian Adam Blank hosts "Remember The Game?", a retro gaming podcast. Each week, Adam and his guest will select a video game that they grew up playing, and spend time reminiscing about what they loved (or hated) about it. Not intended to be a history lesson, "Remember The Game?" is more like a conversation you'd overhear on the playground as a kid. The discussions are all over the place, and are guaranteed to fill you with that warm, nostalgic feeling. (Or rage, like you felt with the underwater level in the original Ninja Turtles game). Either way, it's gonna be fun! New episodes every Wednesday!
