Attitude of AttractionSeason 1, Episode 17 The magic ingredient to reprogramming your mind and to your success is your attitude. What exactly is your attitude? What does it mean to change your attitude. Your attitude is the energy you send off into the world that creates your results. It is composed of your thoughts, feelings and your actions. If you want to change your life, you need to begin with changing your attitude. 1:32 - Your attitude is the composite, the mixture and the alchemy created by your thoughts, feelings and actions. 3:22 - This is not a mystical concept, because psychology has been teaching in basic understanding of a behavioral cycle. Triggers create immediate thoughts, feelings and a reaction. 4:09 - All spiritual and philosophical experts agree that you become what you think about. 8:06 - The first place to do our work in controlling our attitude is in our conscious thinking mind. If we are not rejecting information, we are accepting it in our subconscious mind. This is how we are programmed in our lives. 11:42 - If someone is complaining and you want to get out of the conversation, you can say “That’s interesting,” and then change the subject. This helps protect your mind. 12:42 - If you are going through an event that is frustrating, you can train yourself to see the good. This takes practice. Whatever happens, you can form the habit of saying “That’s good!” 14:08 - Michael Beckwith has shared a three step process about how to change your perception of a negative event. It is what it is, accept it. Harvest the good. Forgive the rest. 21:24 - Once you are in greater control of your conscious mind, you need to focus on how we are feeling. The emotions you have is conscious awareness of the energy and vibration in your body and mind. 22:25 - Abraham Hicks teaches how to use the emotional guidance scale on how to feel better and feel relief from low emotional states. 26:05 - When you have begun to visualize your goals and get more and more excited, that emotion will move you into action—the 3rd aspect of attitude. 27:28 - Action is directly responsible for manifesting anything in your life. 30:00 - Sometimes you are prompted to take action in the middle of the night because your subconscious mind is more open and you are less 31:33 - What energy has control over your thoughts, feelings or actions?
