To change your life and mind, you need to start looking for what is right. Whatever you focus on, expands.  9:44 - A practice of daily gratitude is very powerful, such as a hand-written list of 10 things you are grateful for every day. With practice this can become a quick and powerful habit.  14:44 - You can train your mind to be grateful for your future dream life before you live it.  16:49 - Many people ask me about intrusive thoughts.
