Methods to Reprogram Your MindSeason 1, Episode 4 Once you have an idea of what your current programming is and what you want to shift your programming to, you need the mechanics of reprogramming your mind. But this is really a life-long experience and process.  6:34 - Method #1: Simply change your mind. Stop believing the old thing and start believing the new thing.  9:10 - Method #2: Spiritual Extreme Sports. This is not for everyone, nor is it necessary. This includes psychedelics, shamanic healings, energy work, hypnosis, QHHT, and Theta Healing 18:07 - Method #3: Alter your environment. We are conditioned and programmed from our environment. When you change your environment, you change your conditioning.  22:43 - Method #4: Meditation. There are many types of meditations, and some methods create space for your thinking, and others allow you to shift your programming.  25:36 - Method #5: Study. New thoughts will come from studying the knowledge from people with greater awareness. You must be studying all the time.  30:06 - Method #6: Using I AM affirmation statements. The secret behind this method is creating your own affirmations.   32:44 - Repetition of a new idea over time is the most effective way to reprogram you mind. 36:08 - Method #7: Using a mentor to accelerate reprogramming. When you become a conduit for their knowledge and have the relationship where a mentor can personally help you reprogram your mind, you are setting yourself up to succeed in a big way.  40:25 - Method #8: Integrating knowledge with action and behavior.
