111. Turning the Tables on Embarrassment

50% positive emotions and 50% negative emotions.  The goal is not to get rid of negative emotions. They have to be around just as much as the positive emotions do, the goal is to manage them  I've learned that avoiding embarrassment is not the only choice when dealing with Embarrassment.
