Habits of action come from habits of thought. If you want to lose weight for good, learn how to use the law of attraction to manifest better health. Losing weight, maintaining weight loss, and getting healthy doesn't have to be hard. That is a limiting thought you’ve been telling yourself. The key is to learn how to use the law of attraction to keep your focus on your desire, not the lack of your desire.
