Running from the Gym: Lacking motivation to workout, struggling with overexercising, finding a balance

While this is titled running from the gym, this episode is actually covering a myriad of things! For one, I'm finally sharing how I got into my passions for running (it's about time!), the struggles I've had in overexercising during my eating disorder, lacking in finding the motivation to work out, and how I was able to then find a healthy balance within it. This one's a good one, so make sure to sit back and relax with a coffee or tea!  Questions? Om Podcasten

In this podcast, we'll talk about the resiliency in running. Running has always been a steadfast for me and my favorite form of therapy, especially when I'm emotionally running from things like heartbreak, trauma, etc. Your host is Liz Newcomer, who will talk through the different relationships and traumas I've *run* from and how running has always been a constant for me. My hopes are to reach an audience that I'll be able to connect with and have an impact on whether you're able to relate, learn, or want to connect to continue the conversation!
