98. How to discuss Covid delays with clients

This topic comes from a direct request from one of our listeners inside our Designer Meet-up Facebook group! In this episode, I talk about how Covid-19 has really impacted the cost of items across the board, caused stock delays, and how to communicate all this to your clients. I dive in by explaining the importance of onboarding your clients, what I do to set my clients' expectations early and often, and share what I know that's ben happening in the industry and how it's being handled.  My hope for this episode is that you get some clarity on managing expectations with clients. I get it, there are SO many things that fall out of your control, but as you are the main touchpoint for your client, you'll need to be prepared and find ways to keep our clients happy!
