Sarah is a Qualified Naturopath with additional training in Steiner based Anthroposophic medicine, children's health and development, somatic based Non-linear Movement Method and is currently completing Rebirthing Breathwork Mastery Training. Sarah is also one of The Reconnected’s beautiful coaches and brings a holistic, integrative lens to all things parenting, Breathwork, nutrition, play and herbal medicine.
