The Peter Lorimer Tribute
It was the morning after the night before, we woke up with a spring in our steps after 1997 days, Leeds United have finally won a game of football in London. We got ourselves in position and counted down from 10 to the go-live moment. Then the news we’ve all been fearing broke, Leeds United legend, icon and one of our own Peter Lorimer has sadly passed away at the young age of 74. We then took a moment and ripped our script up and wanted to pay tribute to the great man. That is what we did throughout this episode along with our guests. We then looked back on Friday nights 1-2 win over Fulham, that VAR moment taking away Ayling’s memorable celebration and talk about Gareth Southgate overlooking Pat Bamford.
