Following last week's BBC documentary, Irresistible: Why We Can't Stop Eating by Chris Van Tulleken, Anna Taylor, executive director of The Food Foundation leads a panel discussion on ultra processed food and what we should do to tackle some of the problems arising from eating so much of it.The panel comprises Kimberley Wilson, chartered psychologist who's also qualified in nutrition and the author of Unprocessed.
