Kingsmith is a PhD candidate in the Department of Politics at York University and co-founder of EiQ Technologies, an emotion-AI start-up based out of the Design Fabrication Zone (DFZ) at Ryerson University. He is currently writing an open access book entitled "Anxiety as a Weapon" at AU Press.
