Episode 47 - Banning Dog Training Tools

In an effort to stop dog fighting a community is trying to bad certain dog training tools.  Sadly banning these tools will have a negative effect on dogs and their owners, not on dog fighting.  I talk about it in this podcast and answer some viewer questions.
