This story established Rosa as a new creator eager to play in the sandbox Carl Barks had established and who would send the ducks on similar adventures, including this Andean set tale, which saw the return of Barks' later version of Flintheart Glomgold and would be an auspicious debut in Rosa's Duck comics career!
