A simple, yet highly effective method to deal with difficult emotions (on or off the bike) #021

In this episode of my podcast I share a mental training tool called the ABC method - it's super easy to remember and highly effective to tackle negative emotions such as fear, anger, overwhelm or jealousy (and many more) - on and off your mountain bike. I use it a lot with my clients in my counselling, but also with the athletes when we work on mental strength and resilience - and also use it a lot myself when I get frustrated while practicing or just overwhelmed with emotions of different sorts.  I hope you find it helpful!  Support this podcast - because it is not monetized, that's why you don't hear ads!It actually costs me money and time every month, as I need to pay for hosting and spend a lot of assets researching, recording, editing and publishing it. 😍 If you would like to help me keep doing so, then you can become a Patron and/or buy me coffee here: 🥰 https://www.patreon.com/rideandinspire ☕ https://www.buymeacoffee.com/roxyinspires
