Being the change

On today's episode of Running Through My Mind, I talk a little bit about how I learned to "be the change." That's what was running through my mind on day 1206 of the run streak. It's always easier said than done but changing your focus from playing victim to actively working on the things you are capable of changing can make you see yourself and your life in a whole new perspective.
