not better or worse

On today's episode of Running Through my mind, Hellah is here to talk about accepting where you're at and understanding that someone's 5k race can be someone else's run across America. The hardest thing you ever did doesn't need to compare to the hardest thing someone else has done. They're both hard in their own respects. Don't let anyone make your accomplishments feel unimportant just because they've achieved more or less. A true athlete understands that and shouldn't look down on anyone because we all start somewhere. Go get that run in!
