Patting yourself on the back

On today's episode of Running Through My Mind, I talk about patting yourself on the back and celebrating your achievements.. whether it's waking up in the morning, getting out of bed, or running a marathon. Anything we do that we're proud of deserves a celebration and it's so important that we are the ones celebrating ourselves. We are given so many gifts that sometimes we don't even realize we are privileged to have. My mind was really all over the place the past few runs so this episode definitely reflects that.
