How Salesforce’s Core Values Encourage Trust and Innovation

On this episode, Amy Gorman, Vice President ISV Sales at Salesforce, shares her journey at Salesforce starting in 2004 and the lessons she’s learned. Salesforce provides CRM software and applications with a focus on customer service, marketing automation, analytics and app development. When Amy began at Salesforce, there were 500 employees. She says, “It was a really exciting time to be part of this innovative but very scrappy company.” Today, of course, Salesforce is a 78,000-strong global company, known as the world’s No. 1 CRM. Amy explains how the company’s core values helped guide them through a lot of changes and how they are still guided by their core values of trust — which leads to customer success — sustainability and innovation — which is fed by equality.
