Episode 121! Do you have gut issues? How about an inexplicable history with IBS? Ever think it might be due to an underlying fear? In this episode, I tell a story of my gut - from losing a baby at an early age which caused body dysmorphia, to strange eating patterns related to dating and men, to realizing that the fear patterns that I held were covering up my desire. This is a path I walk still. In this vulnerable episode, I share for the purpose of normalizing these deep topics where so many women are affected but I think few are talking about it. Our Sacred Remembering Journeys will bring us to integration and wholeness, even with life-long health issues, if we allow it and follow the cues on the path.
