Life Lesson's I Learned From Plastic Surgery LOL

I got a rhinoplasty on Jan 7th 2025 and the amount of things that I walked away with (besides a striaght nose) really surpised me. I wanted to use this episode to share what I learned from that experience!  Here are a few things we are going to touch on in this episode!  The concept of progress taking time How new life experiences can impact weight loss and the new ways i focused on nutrition  Workouts and overall consistency during life events Longterm investments and why YOU play a huge role in them The opinion of others and how they impact our lives The importence of sleep Patience and how we can build and work on it What I learned about hobbies  I loved having the experience of getting a rhinoplasty and truly feel blessed to have new insights in all of these areas.
